We pay for the water, sewer, trash and all units have new kitchen cabinets, interior doors, light fixtures, and freshly custom painted walls.

    
   
  • Each apartment requires $200 security deposit and $400 for rent toward 1st semester.
  • Residents pay for electric & cable
  • $600 is due at lease signing
  • The remaining balance for the 1st semester is due upon moving in.
  • The 2nd semester rent is due no later than December 31st
  • Other lease options available upon request (ex: monthly)
  • For your convenience we offer low summer rates for students returning in the fall.
  • The entire years rent may be paid in full.
