We pay for the heat, water, sewer, trash, and all units have new kitchen cabinets, interior doors, light fixtures, and freshly custom painted walls.

Each apartment requires $200 security deposit and $400 for rent toward 1^st semester.

Residents pay for the electric & cable

* $600 is due at lease signing

* The remaining balance for the 1^st semester is due upon moving in.

* The 2^nd semester rent is due no later than December 31^st

Other lease options available upon request (ex: monthly)

For your convenience we offer low summer rates for students returning in the fall.

The entire years rent may be paid in full.
